My project manager career began in 2014 in the Hungarian commercial real estate market. For over a decade, I navigated the high-stakes environment of Cat. “A” office fit-outs, high-street retail developments and complex industrial modifications.

Progressing from Project Manager to Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and leading the Design & Build Service Line from 2018, I specialized in the technical grit of the industry: technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, full scale design process from concept to execution, procurement, risk & construction management, handover process and aftercare.

I don’t just see a design, I see the deeper requirements, the business logic behind every square meter.

In 2016 I was part of creating the new Profession.hu office, my first design office project, which won the Office of the Year award. That was the spark which proved that a workspace could be more than a utility, it could have its own individuality. This vision was supported many times with other offices and co-work spaces winning awards, plus recently with the foodora office project, which earned the BIG SEE Interior Design Award. These projects represent my core philosophy:

In 2024, I elevated my career into a dedicated leadership role, sharpening my focus on Design & Build projects. This shift was a conscious decision to bridge the gap between the creative vision and technical reality. By taking full ownership of the end-to-end process I ensure that the initial concept is never diluted by the complexities of construction. For me, leadership in this field means more than oversight, it is about ensuring that every technical detail serves the ultimate character and functionality of the environment.

My aim is to extract the maximum potential from a space, both aesthetically and commercially.
