Bridging the gap between the client’s vision, the designer’s concept and the contractor’s reality, we manage the design flow, ensuring that the designs are buildable, compliant and aligned with the client’s brief.
5. Tendering
We vet potential vendors beforehand, create tender documentation and coordinate the tendering process, including the Q&A session, insurance check, leveling of the bids and sending the final recommendation list to the client. We also negotiate the final terms without compromising the project’s integrity.
6. Quality Assurance
We conduct rigorous inspections throughout the construction phase and during the technical handover protocol to manage the snaglist and to ensure every finish meets the highest professional standards before the final handover.
7. Cost Management
We provide continuous budget monitoring with proactive oversight of all financial aspects to ensure that the last day of the project is celebrated for its results, not mourned for its costs.
8. Handover Process
We manage the handover process from operational transfer to legal side, including recording the snaglist, checking and re-checking the site to ensure every minor defect identified in the final weeks has been fixed. We test run the systems at full capacity to verify they meet the design intent.
9. Post-Occupancy Support
The final milestone. We manage the transition, including the delivery of Operation & Maintenance manuals, warranties and post-completion reviews. We stay on-call to address immediate issues that arise during the first 30–90 days.
