Gábor Dybisewszky, MSc

I started my career as an interior designer intern during my studies. I assisted in designing (2008) and then re-designing (2011) the interiors of Vodafone retail stores in Hungary. After graduation I worked as a construction engineer and then as a structural design engineer on several projects:

– Preparation and organisation of „Renewal of railway line between Budapest-Esztergom”
– Quality assurance and technical supervisor of „Sewerage system construction in the area of Aszód”
– Designing the construction technology plans for a bridge in Turkmenabat (Turkmenistan)
– Designing a post-tensioned reinforced concrete bridge near Chapaev (Kazakhstan)
– Structural revision of a reinforced concrete silt storage, checking availability of post-tensioning
– Structural revision of Stary Most Bridge in Bratislava (Slovakia), checking availability of different construction technologies
– Designing the demolition and construction technology for „Centipede” bridge in Budapest
– Designing the construction technology for M4 expressway bridge over the river Tisza and for the expressway bridge over the floodplain
– Structural revision of the pedestrian bridge in Körmend.

From 2014, I started working as a Project Manager in the Hungarian commercial real estate industry, focusing on Cat. “A” office, high street retail fit-out projects, and industrial hall modifications & refurbishments. Subsequently, I took on the role of a Senior Project Manager & Technical Consultant from 2018. In 2020, I got promoted to the position of Associate within the Project & Development Services department at Cushman & Wakefield. Additionally, I lead the Design & Build Services from 2018.

From 2024, I started a new chapter in my professional career…

Over the past 11 years, I managed more than 90 projects, covering more than 100.000 sqm, with an overall investment of 56,5 M€.
